Base Annual Pay for this position starts at $50K + $2.5K monthly Living Expense account with unlimited reimbursements, Medical, Dental, Retirement, Earn Assist Support in addition to the expenses listed below plus built -In Performance Bonuses that can double your pay by connecting new subscribers and industry insiders to your network. DUTIES
We are seeking experienced drivers who can oversee the safety of our riders and ensure their transportation to and from their desired locations. A great candidate is someone who has a passion for transportation, understands all road and safety signs, comprehends their local streets, and has an ability to deliver world – class customer experiences on behalf of The Earn App.
The Earn App Drivers are gig -economy workers who drive patrons from Point A to Point B. The Earn App Drivers pick up patrons who are using the Earn App phone application and are requesting rides. The Earn App driver picks up these Patrons who are using the Earn App phone application and are requesting rides. An Earn App Driver picks up these patrons and riders, ensures their safety, and drops them off at their desired locations. Both the rider and the Earn App Driver exchange compensation through the Earn App mobile application as a result of the ride

REQUIREMENTS
You must have excellent communication skills,  Excellent mapping skills, Direction taking skills, Ability to think on your feet, Ability to be empathetic towards your customers, Customer Service skills, Ability to determine the best driving routes when GPS fails, Ensure the safety of all riders, Pickup patrons and greet them when they enter your vehicle, Provide a safe place for your drivers to be picked up and dropped off, Provide a safe driving experience for your riders and get them to their destinations safely. Ensure that all patrons have properly used the mobile application to close out their rides.
